Shipping policy

Many of our Artist Trees are available for pickup only, or pickup and delivery within a select area. Trees available for shipping will be listed as such on the website. Shipping rates will be listed when you are placing your order. Live Trees are only available to ship within the United States.

Live Trees - Live Bonsai Trees are packed and shipped directly from the Artist to the Customer within 10 days. Because this is a live product we will not ship during extreme weather conditions. In this case we will notify you immediately and arrange a date when it will be safe for the tree to be shipped. The upmost care is taken to ensure that your Bonsai Tree arrives healthy and undamaged. If your Bonsai Tree arrives unhealthy or damaged from shipping please take pictures and notify us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange return shipping of the tree.
